Tomorrow night at the Cocuna with Circumflux

Tomorrow night we'll be rocking some tunes at our labels Thursday night party at Cocuna bar on Long street. What's even better is that Circumflux, our friends from Bern with which we made the tune called "9000" will be coming down to Zurich for the night to play as well.

Circumflux was last in Zurich back in August, so we're super happy about this event.

Make sure that you come down to see us or tune in live on SoundCity from 21:00 onwards.

We feel Neonized

Our latest blog friends are called Neonized and their moto is "Do it faster makes us stronger" !! In fact they enjoyed Flitchen so much that they chose to post and send it out last Friday on their weekly mail. They also had some choice comments in spanish which seem to include the words bestial and obscure - we like :)

Metz had some really wild-style things to say about our music for which we are very grateful, especially cause this guy knows about good music as you will see by the insane number of awesome tracks he posts all the time. CounterSound Thursday's Opening Party

This Thursday, CounterSound is launching its weekly party sessions at Cocuna bar on Long Street and we'll be live videocasting it live right here on TPR. Just tune in and enjoy the sounds and if you want leave us a shout out on the chat.

We're also running our own night once a month aptly named 'Crisis' with the first one on 18th December.

So come down for a sweet pre-weekend warm-up or tune in on the live video feed!

We've just made an awesome new friend: the KissMyDisco blog - this blog posts wicked tunes all the time so we thought we'd get in touch and send some of our tracks through. 6 Jahre Grundton @ Hive - 5th December 2008

Grundton is one of the best party labels in Switzerland and we jumped up and down the first time they booked us last summer. That's where we got our first live gig recording which to this day remains the best audio we have of one of our sets.

So you can imagine what happened when we heard that they were booking us again, this time for their 6 YEAR ANNIVERSARY party. First of all big congrats to Grundton for making it this long in the biz and still keeping that great vibe and humor throughout. Secondly, they've just got a mad ass line-up planned for this 2 day party, including the legendary TokTok (D), Andrew Weatherall (UK), DJ T. (UK), H.O.S.H. (D), Skinnerbox (D), Kombinat 100 and many many more, so friends, make sure you get your bums down there on the 5th and 6th for some serious booty shaking time. See ya there.

Flitchen, one of our tunes from the Het Inan EP, is now on Tap Tap Revenge for the iPhone. It was one of the most popular games with over a million downloads, and Tapulous just released a WiFi/3G network multiplayer mode which is pretty awesome. Get it for FREE on the iPhone App Store.

Just back from rocking it in Ecuador and London, we're takin it underground with Golden Hills this Saturday at the Superzero !!!

Unfortunately the SAMC Panama got cancelled because of the cancellation of the Copa Airlines flight that was supposed to take all the DJs from Quito to Panama City. So the next stop for us is London town. See you there...

French Electro - F*ck Dat

SuperFm seems to think that we are french electro, boxing us in with Sebastian, Justice and co.
Not exactly sure when the french laid claim to all dirty electro styles, must have happened while we weren't watching cause we would surely have veto'd that shit.
Anyway, all we can say to that is a big mmmoooooo from the alps mo'fo's !!!!

Update: Rather than change their naming of the category, SuperFM has removed us from the list like we don't exist. Fair enough.

SAMC 2008 - Second time lucky

Over the weekend we just received word that we're again confirmed to play at this years South American Music Conference (SAMC) events in Ecuador and Panama. The dates :

Oct 17th - Ecuador
Oct 18th - Panama

along side :

and a whole bunch of other excellent DJ's and producers from all over South America.
We'll keep you updated as we get closer to the date.

Kaufi - 23rd August

On the 23rd of August we'll be playing at Kaufleuten to celebrate the 31st birthday of one of Zurich's party community pillars, Didi from Beau Temps.
Fittingly there will be 31 acts playing in 15 minute intervals. Come down and witness our 15 minutes of fame :)

TPR has a new friend in Aztrovoi - a young producer from Mexico. He commented on the Hive recording and video that when he heard it "he just felt like dancing, awesome" - yup, that's how we feel too Aztrovoi.
